Live action could well be the best route for you, especially if it’s a personal story. In this case you want to see the emotion and match the voice to the person. There’s nothing better in this instance, and we know plenty of companies that do these jobs beautifully. But, what if you want to keep the person anonymous? Or the story is sensitive? Maybe you don’t want to see them for these reasons. In this case something more abstract, something animated may well be the best way to go.
