I was very honoured to be asked by Nikolay Ivanov to visit Sofia last week to talk about MightyGiant, Motion North, and me! More famous for his animation studio Lobster, Nick has also built a vibrant creative community at L44 Space. A gallery space, desk space, cafe, bar, print workshop. A lovely place to just hang out. Very impressive. I want one!

I chatted about the importance of risk taking in creativity, the power of community, and amazingly, almost nothing about AI! The event was very similar to how Motion North started out, and Nick will be over this way for our big event in February.

From what I saw, Bulgarians are not only great hosts, but lovely people. A country I definitely need to see more of.
